YSPVC25-V0 is a high-performance, eco-friendly, antimony-free flame retardant synergist designed specifically for flexible PVC applications. Based on advanced B-P synergy technology, it is engineered to fully replace Antimony Trioxide in PVC formulations.
It acts as a robust char-forming agent and smoke suppressant, forming a ceramic-like protective layer during combustion. Unlike traditional Antimony systems, YSPVC25-V0 significantly improves the mechanical toughness (elongation) of the final product while reducing density.

Recommended Dosage
To replace Antimony Trioxide, the recommended starting dosage is 5 – 8 phr in standard flexible PVC formulations containing ATH/MDH fillers.
