YSPP17 is a phosphorus-nitrogen based, halogen-free flame retardant for polypropylene. It is designed for use in homo-polymerization, copolymerization, non-reinforced PP blends, and glass fiber reinforced PP. The product complies with EU RoHS and REACH regulations.

Recommended Usage & Applications
To achieve a UL-94 V-0 flame retardant classification (at 1.6 mm), the following dosage levels are recommended. The exact concentration should be optimized based on the specific grade of polypropylene and the final product requirements.
- For Homopolymer PP (HoPP): A loading level of 20% to 28% by weight is suggested.
- For Copolymer PP (CoPP) & PP Blends: A loading level of 22% to 30% by weight is recommended.
